WhatsApp Business Communication Terms
When you communicate with PrimeX Meta via WhatsApp Business, you agree to the following:
Consent to Receive Messages
By initiating a conversation with us on WhatsApp or providing your phone number for WhatsApp communication, you consent to receive messages from us for customer service, service updates, and transactional purposes.
Marketing Messages
We will only send marketing or promotional messages via WhatsApp if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any marketing message.
Message Content Guidelines
When communicating with us via WhatsApp, you agree not to:
- Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
- Share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to mislead or provide false information
- Share confidential information of third parties

Payment Terms

- All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement
- Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIMEX META SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PrimeX Meta for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information provided.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
